Cultivating the Next Generation of Global Citizens:

Seven Colours Education — Our Unparallelled Preschool Chinese Language Education

Discover Seven Colours Education

Founded in Singapore, Seven Colours Education is a pioneering institution dedicated to early Chinese language learning, cultivating a love for reading and positive character development in children aged 4 to 8.

Recognising the golden window of early language acquisition, we focus on sparking children’s interest, guiding their language journey, and supporting their personal growth. Our approach is built on immersive, interactive classrooms and multi-sensory experimental teaching, all with the broader goal of connecting home and school in a global co-learning community and nurturing the next generation of global citizens. We firmly believe that language learning is more than just teaching children how to communicate—it lays the educational foundation for unlocking their potential as global citizens in an increasingly interconnected world.

Meet Wawa Chinese

Language begins with a baby’s first “wā” and grows into the ability to express oneself fully. Wawa Chinese, the core curriculum of Seven Colours Education, was originally developed by senior education expert Ms. Kong Caiyu. It is tailored around the 0–8-year-old language development window, blending child psychology, interdisciplinary learning, and global competence into an immersive post-Montessori Chinese program.

Curriculum Highlights

Wawa Chinese introduces a proprietary “Five Senses + Awareness” teaching method. Using visual art, music, drama, and other interactive formats, children learn through use, master through practice. Designed around interest-led learning and scaffolded challenges, the program helps children naturally improve their Chinese while building a sustained sense of achievement. We emphasise the organic integration of language with emotion and culture—helping children discover joy in learning Chinese, build confidence, express themselves, and see the world through language.
